An alternative to the Photo booth and a bonus wedding favour option
Photo booths have been popular as a form of after dinner entertainment at weddings for a number of years now, with groups of friends getting together and using a variety of props to create fun photos. However due to Covid 19 and social distancing and the advice about not sharing items which could possibly pass on infection this may not be possible in the foreseeable future. So what alternative after dinner entertainment can you offer your guests in the near future ? The answer I am offering is a pop-up portrait studio for photos of couples attending your wedding. I will set up a temporary studio setting with backdrop and lighting and after the dinner I will pose and light the couples in a studio setting for a beautiful portrait, and instead of a 6in x 4in paper print they will each get an 8” x 6” photo print presented in an elegant display folder. There is also an option for family groups of up to 6 people (following health and safety guidelines) to have a family photo taken at the pop-up studio and they can each receive an 8" x 6" photo print presented in an elegant display folder if they wish. The pop-up studio would be in place for up to two and a half hours after the dinner finishes.
The bonus is that this can also double as a wedding favour for your guests and could very easliy cost you less than you were planning to spend on wedding favours alone. I will provide cards for each place setting to let your guests know about the combined entertainment/wedding favour that you have organised for them. This option is available as an add-on to my wedding photography packages or can be booked as a stand alone option if you already have another photographer booked to photograph your wedding. Contact me with your date and wedding reception location for details on price and availability.
